I first met Heather during an open house. She was very attentive, responded quickly and was so knowledgeable. Since then, she always replied to our mails or texts within a couple of minutes, day and night. I was so stressed while we were waiting for our mortgage approval. She is always so positive. She is a true representative of us. During some critical stages, she guided us to practice "time is money". She always offered to go with us to the mortgage meeting, home inspection and appraisal. She offered suggestions and we were always on the same page. She is professional, courteous and also a lot of fun. And even once the sale was done, she still does thoughtful things like send gift cards for coffee, coupons for free pumpkins and special cookies at Christmas!
