Hi, I’m Heather!

Before real estate, I worked as a surgical dental assistant for a maxillofacial surgeon, where attention to detail, clear communication, and helping people feel comfortable were part of every day. Those skills have stayed with me.

Today, I bring that same care to helping people buy and sell homes. I love the creative side of real estate, from staging to marketing and finding the details that make a home stand out. I’ll keep you informed, give you my honest advice, and make sure you feel supported in your decisions. This is a big move, and you deserve someone who cares about getting it right.

A little about me:
I’m happiest near the water, on a paddleboard, or out exploring somewhere new. I’m usually coming home with a rock in my pocket, will almost always say yes to Thai food, and take chocolate very seriously. Above all, I’m a proud mom to my daughter, L. Our little adventures are my favourite part of life.

I grew up in the Lower Mainland, and there’s something about knowing a place firsthand that goes beyond what you’ll find online. My own experience buying and selling real estate has shaped how I help my clients, with practical advice, honest conversations, and a steady approach.

Stats and analysis are a big part of how I work. I enjoy digging into the numbers, understanding market trends, and turning that information into clear advice you can actually use. Whether you’re buying your first home or making your next move, I’ll help you understand your options and make informed decisions, without pressure.

A little about me:
I have a degree in Kinesiology, love getting outdoors, and am a proud dog dad to Lusso and Albus. I collect Ferrari memorabilia and have a soft spot for fun socks. You’ll probably notice those before anything else.
